FAQ – Returns

At northandsails.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How do I return an item?

  1. Log in to your account on northandsails.com and go to “My Orders”.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  4. Attach the prepaid return label (if applicable) and ship the package.

What is the return policy?

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! If you’d like a different size or color, select “Exchange” when initiating your return. Exchanges are processed once we receive your original item.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
